We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant and authoritative Word of God. We further believe that the Bible is the final authority for faith and life.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal return in power and glory.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling every Christian is able to live a godly life. We further believe His power and gifts are available to believers today.

We believe that the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross is solely sufficient for the salvation of lost and sinful humanity. We further believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is necessary so that man might come to repentance from sin and, by faith, accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

We believe in the resurrection of both those who believe in Jesus and those who do not believe; those believing to eternal life with Christ and those unbelieving to eternal punishment in hell.

We believe that the church is a spiritual organism made up of all born again persons. We further believe that the establishment and continuance of local churches is clearly taught and defined in the New Testament Scriptures. We further believe in the autonomy of the local churches, free of any external authority and control. We recognize believer’s baptism and the Lord’s supper as Scriptural means of testimony for the church.
